For contractors, EPCs, MEP subcontractors, consultancies and building-products manufacturers, we build agents for the document work between a tender and a signed contract: pricing BOQs against your rates, briefing tender packs, levelling subcontractor quotes, building compliance statements and keeping notices on time. They work in Excel, Aconex, Procore and your ERP, and every price, deviation and notice is approved by a person.

What we build
The BOQ is read in its original sheet, each line matched to your rate library or catalogue with reasons, priced with your rules and returned in the client's format. The estimator reviews the flags, not the whole sheet.
The NIT or ITT, specs, contract and corrigenda are read into a brief: scope, eligibility, dates, documents required and risk clauses with page references. The bid manager decides go or no-go.
Subcontractor and supplier quotes are normalised against the BOQ: exclusions, validity, scope gaps and plug numbers flagged, into your levelling sheet. The package lead picks the award.
Spec clauses are compared with datasheet values, every value cited to its page, certificates checked for expiry and the pack assembled. Engineers approve each deviation.
Before an RFI goes out, the drawings, specs and correspondence are searched and the answer cited if it already exists. If it doesn't, the RFI is drafted with references.
Obligations and time-bars are pulled into a register, letters and site records are linked to the clauses they touch, and notices are drafted before the deadline for the commercial manager to sign.
Revised drawings and instructions are compared with the contract BOQ, and the variation is drafted with quantities, rates and the instruction it came from.
Why built, not bought
Only one contractor in five runs on a single platform. The work that eats the week moves between Excel, email, Aconex or Procore, the ERP and a shared drive, and a point product only sees one of them.
Rate libraries, bid history and contract positions stay in your tenancy, under your permissions. We hand over the code, prompts and test sets.
CPWD schedules and PSU tenders in India, FIDIC notices in the Gulf, CSI specs and bid leveling in the US. Most products assume one of these.
What we don't build. We don't build takeoff from drawings, progress capture, camera-based safety or schedule optimisation. Those are products; we connect to the one you use.
