For 3PLs, freight forwarders, brokers and distributors' logistics teams, we build agents for the inbox-heavy work: spot-rate requests read and quoted from your rate sheets, bookings entered in the TMS, carrier invoices audited against the rate confirmation and accessorials, and commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of lading checked and keyed. People approve quotes over margin rules and every disputed invoice.

What we build
Spot-rate emails are read for lane, mode, weight, dates and special handling, priced from your rate sheets and recent buys, and drafted as a reply. Quotes under the margin floor go to pricing.
Confirmed loads are entered in the TMS with the shipper's references, and missing fields are asked for before the booking goes through.
Carrier invoices are matched to the rate confirmation, accessorials checked against what was agreed and the POD, and disputes drafted with the evidence. Billing approves each dispute.
Commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of lading are cross-checked for quantities, values and HS codes and keyed into your systems, with mismatches held for the customs lead.
Why built, not bought
Rate sheets, customer contracts and carrier agreements differ by lane and customer. The agent prices from yours, not from a generic market feed.
Most of this work starts as an email. The agent reads and drafts there, and writes to the TMS and accounting system you already use.
What we don't build. We don't build a TMS or a load board. We connect agents to the ones you run.
